How to get to Sikinos?

Sikinos is one of the quietest Cyclades, accessible only by sea. Ferries run from Piraeus (7 hours 40 minutes) and from nearby islands: Ios (30 minutes), Folegandros (50 minutes), and Santorini (3 hours 15 minutes). Connections also exist from Crete and the Dodecanese.

Sikinos does not have an airport. The fastest route is to fly to Santorini or Paros and then continue by ferry. Note that in strong winds, some sailings may be cancelled.

Connections are much more frequent during the summer season; always check availability if travelling in other periods.
