How to get to Kastos?

Kastos is a small island connected by caique from Mytikas on the Greek mainland (20 minutes). It can also be reached from the nearby island of Kalamos (20 minutes) or with day trips from Nidri on Lefkada.

Note that tourist cars cannot be unloaded at the port, as vehicles are not allowed on the island.

The closest airport is Aktion/Preveza, with seasonal European connections and domestic flights from Athens. From there, drive south to Mytikas (about 1.5 hours).

Connections are more frequent during the summer season; always check availability if travelling in other periods.
