How to get to Ghioura?

The islet of Ghioura is uninhabited and can only be reached by private boat or with day trips departing generally from Alonissos.

Alonissos is regularly connected by ferry and hydrofoil to Volos and Agios Konstantinos on the mainland, as well as to Skiathos, Skopelos, and Thessaloniki. For tickets, visit the Hellenic Seaways website.

The nearest airport is on Skiathos, which has direct flights from Athens and seasonal connections from several European cities. From Skiathos, take the ferry to Alonissos and then arrange the boat trip to Ghioura.
