As in all Greek islands, the main accommodations for vacations are the studios, small apartments (often one or two rooms), equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, usually managed in a family-like manner and often at a good price. The managers of the studios are usually very helpful and friendly, as are the inhabitants, providing affordable accommodation suitable for the typical needs of a vacation on a Greek island.
In Skopelos, there are also many hotels, but at the moment there are no campgrounds.
