The beaches of Limnos are numerous, both equipped and wild, and not all are accessible by land. Below are the most well-known beaches starting from the port of Myrina and imagining a clockwise tour of the island.
Romeikos Gialos

A long sandy beach that ends at one end with large rocks towering over the sea.
Gomati
A beach frequented by fishermen, amidst extensive dunes, oleanders, and reeds, reached by a small river. In the shallow, very clear water, red rock slabs emerge.
Kotsinas
A sandy beach in the Bay of Bournià near the fishermen's port and a medieval castle.
Keros
A beach located within a beautiful bay with fine sand, clear waters, and pine shade.

Thanos
A beautiful sandy beach near the village of Thanos, rich in vegetation, with an almost Caribbean environment and very shallow, clear, and blue waters within a round bay with a large rock on the horizon topped by a characteristic conical sea stack. The beach is characterized by the presence of volcanic rocks.

A beautiful fine sandy beach located near the village of Plati, just south of Myrina, with barren hills behind it, equipped with facilities and offering water sports opportunities.
