How to get to Citera?

Kythira is connected by ferry to the port of Piraeus, arriving at the port of Diakofti (6 hours 30 minutes). The island can also be reached from the Peloponnese via Githio (2 hours 40 minutes) or Neapolis (1 hour). There are also connections with Antikythera (1 hour 15 minutes), Crete (4 hours 30 minutes), Elafonisos, and Monemvasia.
