How to get to Psara?

Psara can only be reached by sea, primarily from Chios (from Mesta port: 1 hour 40 minutes, from the main port: 2 hours 20 minutes). Other connections include Agiostrati (5 hours), Limnos (7 hours), Lavrio (6.5 hours), Kavala (12.5 hours), and Piraeus (4 hours 40 minutes).

The main ferry companies are Blue Star Ferries and NEL Lines. For booking, refer to directferries.com.

Psara does not have an airport. The easiest route is to fly to Chios (connected to Athens and Thessaloniki) and take the ferry from there.

Sea connections are more frequent during the summer season; always check availability if travelling in other periods.
