How to get to Amorgos?

Amorgos is connected to the mainland by ferry lines departing mainly from the port of Piraeus (6–8 hours). The island can also be reached from many other Cyclades: Paros (3 hours), Santorini (1 hour), Mykonos (2 hours), and Naxos (2 hours), as well as from more distant islands such as Rhodes (8 hours) and Kos (5 hours).

The main ferry companies are Hellenic Seaways and Blue Star Ferries. For booking and purchasing tickets online, refer to directferries.com.

Amorgos does not have an airport. The fastest way to reach it is to fly to Santorini or Paros (both well connected to Athens and many European destinations in summer) and then continue by ferry.

Connections to the island are much more frequent during the summer season; always check route availability if travelling in other periods.
