As in all Greek islands, the main accommodations for holidays are studios , which are small apartments (often one or two-room units) equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom, usually managed at a family level and often at a good price. The managers of the studios are generally very friendly and helpful, like the inhabitants, and provide economical but suitable accommodation for the typical needs of a vacation on a Greek island.
The island of Amorgos is not very touristy, but you can find both hotel s and residences. There are also three campsites on the island: in Aegiali, in Chora, and in Katapola.
