As in all Greek islands, the main accommodations for holidays are studios, which are small apartments (often one or two-room units) equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom, usually managed at a family level and often at a good price. The managers of the studios are generally very friendly and helpful, like the inhabitants, and provide economical but suitable accommodation for the typical needs of a vacation on a Greek island.
The island of Leros is not yet very touristy, but there are still several guesthouses and hotel s. There is also a campsite in Xerokampos.
