How to get to Lipsi?

Lipsi is accessible by ferry from Piraeus (about 9 hours), nearby Leros and Patmos, Kos (3 hours 15 minutes), Kalymnos (2 hours 20 minutes), Rhodes (5.5 hours), and all the Dodecanese islands. Fast catamarans also serve the island in addition to standard ferries. Most ferries make stops at major islands along the route.

Lipsi does not have an airport. The easiest way to reach it is to fly to Kos, Samos, or Rhodes (all connected to Athens and many European cities) and then continue by sea.

Sea connections are much more frequent during the summer season; always check availability if travelling in other periods.
