As in all Greek islands, the main accommodations for vacations are studios , which are small apartments (often one or two-room units), equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, usually run by families, and often at a good price. The owners of the studios are generally very helpful and friendly, as are the inhabitants, providing an economical yet suitable accommodation for the typical needs of a vacation on a Greek island.
On the island of Patmos, you can also find hotel s and accommodations of all kinds, but the only existing campsite, located in Meloi, has been closed.
