Best beaches of Patmos

Patmos has beautiful beaches, both sandy and pebbly or rocky, but not always easily accessible, except for those near the port which are very crowded in high season or when a cruise ship is present. Some are only accessible by sea, others with a nice walk. The sea has quite cold waters. Being a windy island, it is recommended for windsurfing enthusiasts.
