Best beaches of Ikaria

The beaches of Ikaria are both pebbly and sandy. In the north, strong winds often blow, making these beaches more appreciated by surfers. For swimming and relaxing in the sun, the other beaches are better. The sea is crystal clear and snorkeling is also very popular.
